Store Policy

1 Sales tax of 9.75% will be charged automatically to order with ship-to address designated to State of California.
2 We are not responsible for any custom / brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to any (including international) orders.
3 Prices are subject to change without notification.
4 We reserve the right to cancel order at any time, for any reason. Customer will be notified about the cancellation either by email or phone. If payment for the order has already been received, it will be refunded in full to the customer.
5 We reserves the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, and customers agree to be bounded by them at all time.

Shipping Policy

1 Canada customer is required to use “UPS Standard to Canada” as the only shipping method.
2 Choosing the wrong shipping method will result in order cancelation without prior notice.
3 UPS does not ship to P. O. Boxes.

Item Ordering and Processing

1 When ordering more than one computer chassis, customer may see a considerable drop in shipping cost.. This is due to an Overweight Package Error from the UPS shipping fee calculation system. We will send out an e-mail with proper shipping fee and wait (48 hours) for customer's approval before processing the order. The order will be canceled if there is no further instruction from customer.
2 Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekend or holiday).
3 We reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

Refund / Cancel / Return Policy

1 LUXA2 Online Store (USA) offers a 30-day money back guarantee.
2 Order can be canceled by contacting us. Order cannot be canceled after the order has been processed or shipped.
3 All product return will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer is responsible for contacting us to get the required RMA number prior to shipping back the return product.
4 Customer is responsible for any shipping charge, tax, duty, custom fee required to send the return product back to LUXA2 warehouse.
5 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6 Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to customer at customer’s expense if:
  • Return package without RMA number.
  • Product not purchased from LUXA2 Online Store.
  • Product without valid serial number.
  • Product returned does not include all accessories, manual, retail packaging or any components/accessory that were included.
  • Product that exhibits physical damage.
  • Product that a mail-in rebate has already been submitted.
